The wellbeing, dignity, and safety of our residents remain our highest priorities. Following our recent CQC inspection, we have already implemented a number of improvements through a structured action plan and continue to strengthen our services across all areas identified. As well as this, we will maintain our 'good' rating across the areas 'caring', 'effective' and 'responsive. We are committed to providing high standards of person centred care and welcome ongoing feedback from residents and families.
