Our empathetic and caring team provides sensitive care that prioritises your loved ones dignity and comfort towards  the end of their life. We work with you and your loved one, hospice teams and health professionals, to plan the care they want and how they want it.

Individualised Care Plans

Each resident receives a customised care plan that addresses their specific needs and abilities across the domains of care. Our team regularly reviews and adjusts these plans to ensure optimal support as needs change.


Trained and Compassionate Staff

Our skilled caregivers receive specialised and ongoing training in dementia care, enabling them to provide the highest level of support. They understand the challenges of dementia and approach each interaction with patience, empathy, and respect.


Family Involvement

We recognise the importance of family in the care process. We encourage family members to be involved in their loved one's care plan and provide support and education to help families navigate the journey of dementia.
